Who are the top Launcher teams in the new program cycle?

The Demo Day of the Launcher program was held at the Science and Technology Park Niš, marking the completion of the first phase of the program designed for early-stage startups and innovative teams. After several weeks of working on the development and validation of their ideas, participants presented the results of their work, the progress they had made, and their plans for the further development of their solutions to an expert committee.

The first phase of the program focused on helping teams transform their initial ideas into clearer, market-relevant business concepts. Through seven educational modules, hands-on work, and mentoring support, participants worked on defining the problems they aim to solve, understanding user needs, developing their value propositions, and testing their assumptions in the market.

At Demo Day, all teams that successfully completed the first phase presented their work. Based on the progress achieved, the quality of their solutions, and their plans for further development, the expert committee selected five teams to receive financial support and continue into the second phase of the program — incubation.

The teams that advanced to the second phase and received grants are:

VERNI – a digital platform that brings local businesses’ loyalty programs together in one place. It enables users to easily collect points and rewards, while allowing business owners to create and manage their own loyalty programs without additional hardware or complex technical setup.

PELTZER – an AI platform that automates the preparation of legal documentation, tailored to the needs of Serbian legal professionals. The system automatically extracts relevant information from documents, enriches it with data from official registries, and generates legal filings, significantly reducing the time required for administrative and repetitive tasks.

N3FOR – a software platform for the development and commercialization of customizable digital products in the field of contemporary designer jewelry. By connecting design, personalization, digital visualization, and production, the solution enables customers to better understand and personalize a product before it is made, while helping designers present and manage different product variations more efficiently.

TRANSKRIBER AI – an AI solution that converts scanned archival and administrative materials into searchable, structured digital data. By combining OCR and HTR technologies, including specialized models for modern Serbian Cyrillic, the system enables institutions to digitize archives more efficiently and make their data available for search, analysis, and further use.

ADAPTIWE TECHNOLOGY – a team developing TwitchButton, an AI platform that automatically turns long gaming streams into short video clips ready for publication on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. The solution automates the process of selecting and processing content, while browser-based video processing reduces the need for costly server infrastructure.

Financial support for teams in the second phase of the program amounts to up to RSD 1,400,000 per team. Of this amount, up to RSD 1,200,000 is allocated to the further development and improvement of their solutions, while an additional RSD 200,000 is designated for participation in an international startup conference of the team’s choice. In addition to financial support, teams will have access to continuous mentoring through the end of the year, with the aim of further improving their solutions and preparing them for market entry.

In addition to financial and mentoring support, teams can also access further support through EDIH S4AI_Hub, in line with the Digital Europe Programme and with financial support from the European Union. This includes digital maturity assessments, expert training, solution testing, support in accessing funding, and connections with the European Digital Innovation Hubs network, helping teams further improve their solutions and prepare for continued growth and market entry.
