The call is intended for experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, mentors, consultants, representatives of academia, technology specialists and experts from Serbia and abroad who can contribute, through their knowledge and experience, to the development of innovation, technology entrepreneurship, digital transformation and company competitiveness.
Candidates may apply in one or more areas of expertise, in line with their experience and interest in future cooperation.
Roles

Mentor
Support for startups, teams and companies through individual sessions, support programs, business model development, go-to-market strategy, growth and investment readiness.
Expert / Consultant
Specialized support in technology, digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, Industry 4.0, R&D, legal, IP, finance, ESG and other relevant areas.
Evaluator
Assessment of applications, projects, business ideas, technology readiness, innovation potential, market readiness and the quality of proposed solutions.
Lecturer / Trainer
Delivery of workshops, training sessions, bootcamps, thematic sessions, masterclasses and other educational activities.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. NTP Niš records your application in the centralized mentor and expert database.

Profiles are reviewed as needed
The database is used to identify relevant experts for future programs, projects, events and activities.

We contact you in case of potential cooperation
If a need arises for your profile, NTP Niš will contact you to request additional information and discuss the terms of cooperation.

Individual engagements may be paid or project-based, in line with NTP Niš needs, the nature of the activity, the available financial framework and specifically agreed terms of cooperation.
