Company Founders make the Company Assembly, while authorized actions of the Company Assembly are performed by the founders, through authorized representatives. The supervisor of the founders determines the personnel who represent the founder in the Company Assembly by means of the Government of the Republic of Serbia nominating 2 representatives, the City of Niš nominating 2 representatives, and the University in Niš nominating 1 representative.
The composition and the authorization of the Company Assembly are defined in articles 23-28 of the Contract for the Founding of the Limited Company STP Niš.

Expert body
The Board for the Assessment of Applications Received from the Public Call for Membership in the STP consists of prominent representatives of the scientific – professional public in the area of technical and economic sciences, and three representatives from respectable companies in the private sector, particularly respecting the prevention of a potential conflict of interests and ensuring the transparency of the process.
The task of the expert Board is to, with the technical support from STP Niš, guided by the criteria defined in the Public Calls for membership in the Science and Technology Park Niš, perform an assessment and ranking of the applications they received, based on which STP Niš makes a Decision for the selection of the Science and Technology Park Niš members.
