About the project
The expansion of the capacity of the Science and Technology Park Niš represents the next step in the development of the innovation ecosystem of southern Serbia. The new space is designed as a modern environment for the growth of technology companies, the establishment of research institutes, the attraction of development centers of global technology companies, as well as the development of advanced laboratories and infrastructure capacities for innovation and research.
The new facility includes more than 18,000 m² of modern space, with a capacity for between 700 and 1,000 new users. The facility will include approximately 9,000 m² of office space and an additional 1,000 m² of laboratory space, intended for development, testing, and research activities.
Special focus is placed on the development of innovation infrastructure through more than 10 specialized development and testing laboratories, as well as flexible working and R&D spaces adapted to different types of teams and companies.
