What is LEADNi!?
Through four months of structured work you work on real economic challenges, learn how innovations and startups are created, build practical and leadership skills, and connect with companies, mentors, and the community.
This is a program that prepares you for a career in the innovation sector.

Benefits
What do you get by participating in the program?
Workshops and learning
The program includes interactive modules on the innovation ecosystem, teamwork and idea development, problem and user definition, Lean methodology, and pitching.
Mentoring and work with experts
During the program, you have the support of mentors from the startup community, companies, and the STP Niš team, who guide you through the learning process, direct you, and help you develop specific skills.
Community
LEADNi! connects you with other motivated young people, companies, and partners of STP Niš, events, hackathons, and activities of the innovation ecosystem.
Talent CV database
All participants who successfully complete the program are entered into the Talent CV database of STP Niš, which is shared with member companies and partners. The program also includes support in creating a CV, a LinkedIn profile, and professional presentation.
A clear path forward
The best participants receive a recommendation and direct entry into the DISCOVER / Pre-incubation Program of STP Niš.
