On 14 and 15 October 2026, Science and Technology Park Niš will host in-person sessions of Beyond Borders, a programme designed for Western Balkan companies operating in the IT and BPO sectors that are looking to strengthen their capabilities for entering and doing business in the German market.
The programme is funded by GIZ and implemented by Reinvantage, with the aim of providing companies with practical knowledge and tools to better understand how German clients assess potential partners, conduct procurement processes and make decisions about future cooperation.
Through the programme, participants will have the opportunity to explore the key requirements and expectations of the German market, identify potential barriers that may affect their success in procurement processes, and improve their internal procedures, market positioning and approach to clients.
Beyond Borders consists of two programme tracks. The Executive Cohort is designed for senior management and company leaders, with a focus on strategic positioning, risk reduction and RfP process simulation. The Delivery Track is intended for broader client-facing teams, including business development, legal and finance functions, with the aim of aligning internal processes with the requirements of the German market.
In addition to practical preparation for working with German clients, participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences with other companies and industry leaders. Companies that successfully complete the programme may also be featured in a selected supplier gallery available to German buyers.
