About the program

What is the GROWTH program?

GROWTH is a support program for startups in the mature stage of development – teams that have exited the early stage, have developed an MVP and are now working to turn the first users, pilots or initial revenues into a stable and sustainable business.

The program does not function as a time-limited cohort, but as continuous support available throughout the membership period. Startups use services according to their current needs: through training and bootcamps, mentoring support, expert consultations, investment readiness and go-to-market support, access to tools, infrastructure, talents, and the STP Niš network.

The focus of the GROWTH program is on confirming product-market fit, setting up a sales process, developing the team, and preparing the startup for the next phase of growth.
