Internship

Students complete internships at the Niš Science and Technology Park or at companies and organizations within the innovation ecosystem. By working in a real business environment, they gain insight into innovation development processes, the operations of technology companies, startup support, as well as project and event planning and implementation. The internship includes participation in team activities, preparation of materials, analysis of results, and operational support for ongoing initiatives.

Each participant has the support of a mentor who helps in planning activities, guides professional development, and enables the application of knowledge in real-world conditions.

During the internship, students develop organizational, communication, and analytical skills, strengthen teamwork, task and project management capabilities, and gain hands-on experience in applying modern tools, methodologies, and business practices in the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology company development.
