The internship program allows students to apply knowledge from the faculty in a real business environment and gain experience relevant to startups and technology companies,
Internships are carried out at the Science and Technology Park Niš or in STP Niš member companies.
About the program
Benefits
Students get involved in the work of STP Niš and learn how the innovation ecosystem works, how startups and technological initiatives are supported, how projects and events are planned and implemented. The work includes participation in teams, preparation of materials, analysis of results, and operational support for STP Niš programs.
Each participant has the support of a mentor who helps in planning activities, guides professional development, and enables the application of knowledge in real-world conditions.
During the internship, students develop organizational and communication skills, teamwork and task management, and the use of tools and methods to support innovations and startups.
