1. General provisions

Science and Technology Park Niš ltd. Niš (hereinafter: "STP Niš"), as a personal data handler, pays special attention to protecting the privacy of all persons who access and use the website www.ntp.rs, as well as to the lawful, fair and transparent processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

This Privacy Policy aims to provide users of the website with clear and complete information about the types of data that may be collected when using the website, the method and purpose of their processing, the legal basis for processing, data retention periods, the protection measures that are applied, as well as the rights of the person whom the data refers to.

The privacy policy has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia, the Information Security Law, the Electronic Communications Law, the Electronic Commerce Law, and other relevant regulations governing the field of personal data protection and information security.

The person also has the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection if he or she believes that the data processing has been carried out contrary to the provisions of applicable regulations.

STP Niš reserves the right to amend or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time in order to comply with changes in regulations, technical and organizational changes, as well as the needs of improving the website.

All changes to the Privacy Policy will be published on the www.ntp.rs website, and shall enter into force on the date of publication.
