The first phase of Launcher 3.0 has officially started at Science and Technology Park Ni\u0161. Launcher 3.0 is a national development programme designed for startup teams that want to turn their ideas into sustainable business ventures.<\/p>\n
The first phase \u2013 education \u2013 will last around one month and represents an intensive programme through which participants will work on developing their ideas, defining the problems they are solving, and shaping a clear value proposition. A special focus is placed on understanding user needs, as well as on developing a minimum viable product (MVP) and testing it on the market.<\/p>\n
The programme is designed in line with the Running Lean methodology, which encourages startups to test their assumptions as early as possible, collect feedback from potential users, and improve their solutions based on that feedback. In this way, teams gradually build a product that responds to the real needs of the market.<\/p>\n
During the first phase, participants will go through seven educational modules, which include lectures, practical assignments, and continuous mentoring support. Each module is accompanied by work on specific tasks and feedback, enabling teams to immediately apply the knowledge gained to the development of their startups.<\/p>\n
In addition to working on their own ideas, teams will talk to potential users, test the first versions of their solutions, and, through the market validation process, gather insights that will help them direct their further development more precisely.<\/p>\n
The first phase will conclude with a Demo Day, where teams will present the results of their work and their initial project plans. Based on the progress achieved and the plans presented, an expert committee will select the teams that will continue their development through the second phase of the programme \u2013 incubation.<\/p>\n
The launch of the Launcher 3.0 programme marks a new cycle of support for innovative teams and entrepreneurs, with the aim of giving good ideas the opportunity to grow into successful and competitive startups.
