She takes active interest in digital technology and company branding, as well as in work on developing corporate culture and providing support for employee development. Through her professional work so far, she has developed skills in the fields of non-profit organizations, corporate social responsibility, work with the young, gender issues, women\u2019s and children\u2019s rights, solving conflicts, and talent management.
