With this exhibition, we want to express our respect for the institutions and enthusiasts of computer technologies in the region,\u201d said Belgrade designer Ognjen Rankovi\u0107, the creator of \u201cYugoLogo\u201d, which brings together hundreds of graphic solutions or logos of various ex-Yugoslav companies. \u201cThis is the first YugoLogo exhibition in Serbia, which is specific in that it focuses on IT heritage, and as part of a long-term project, exhibitions have been successfully implemented in Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Bosnia,\u201d added Ognjen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn our relations with clients and when developing software, as a partner for progress, we always emphasize that people come first. Through the DataArt IT Museum, a global project led by our colleague Aleksej Pomigalov, we want to pay tribute to the engineers and companies that laid the foundations of the industry that enabled our progress and development, hence the interest in the IT heritage of former Yugoslavia, as part of a global project worthy of attention,\u201d emphasized Marina Varzar, Director of DataArt Serbia and member of the Serbian IT Association\u2019s Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough such initiatives, the Serbian IT Association wants to pay tribute to the visionaries who paved the way, but also to connect the community through a common cultural and technological identity. This is an opportunity to look back on the journey we have made and strengthen our faith in the potential that lies ahead,\u201d said Marko Vu\u010deti\u0107, Director of the Serbian IT Association, and expressed his satisfaction with the signing of the cooperation agreement with the Science and Technology Park Ni\u0161.<\/p>\n<p>This exhibition symbolically represents the beginning of the cooperation between the Science and Technology Park Ni\u0161 and the Serbian IT Association in the fields of innovation development, joint projects, knowledge exchange, and networking. \u201cOur common goal is to improve the IT sector in Serbia and strengthen the local economy and global competitiveness,\u201d emphasized Milan Ran\u0111elovi\u0107, Managing Director of the Science and Technology Park Ni\u0161.<\/p>\n<p>Among the dozens of logos on display are computer manufacturers such as the Mihajlo Pupin Institute in Belgrade and the Electronic Industry of Ni\u0161, early adopters \u2013 Maribor\u2019s TAM and Zastava, software development companies Novkabel and Velebit, importers of electronics from abroad, and Information Agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors can see these works every day until 4:00 PM at the Museum of Industrial and Technological Heritage, which is located within the Science and Technology Park of Ni\u0161.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DataArt, a software engineering company, the Serbian IT Association (SITA), and YugoLogo, in cooperation with the Science and Technology Park Ni\u0161, have joined forces and organized a creative exhibition of logos of companies and institutes that operated in the IT sector in the second half of the 20th century in former Yugoslavia. \u201cIn the early [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":5297,"template":"","class_list":["post-5305","aktuelnosti","type-aktuelnosti","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 -
