The \u201cScience and Innovation Day\u201d was held in STP Ni\u0161 as part of the national project \u201cSerbia, the Land of Science, the Land of Innovation\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cScience and Innovation Day\u201d, which was launched by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation as part of the national project \u201cSerbia the Land of Science, the Land of Innovation\u201d, was held yesterday in the Science and Technology Park Ni\u0161. This project aims to raise awareness about the importance of investing in science, technological development and innovation, as well as the potential they carry for our country.<\/p>\n

During her address, Minister Jelena Begovi\u0107, PhD, emphasized the importance of the development and promotion of science in every segment of society. \u201cSerbia, the Land of Science, the Land of Innovation\u201d is not just a slogan, but a vision that we should share as a society, pointing to the necessity of constant education, research, and innovation. This is exactly what should be the foundation for the future of the country.
\nThose present were given the opportunity to be informed about the latest initiatives from the world of science and innovation, and during the panel discussion in which the director of the Innovation Fund, Ivan Rakonjac, PhD, the director of the Science Fund, Milica \u0110uri\u0107-Jovici\u010d, PhD, and acting the director of the Center for the Promotion of Science, Marjana Brki\u0107, PhD, presented various opportunities and support programs, sources of financing, and they could also hear more about tax benefits from a tax advisor. Also, the event was an opportunity to hear practical tips, such as those on tax credits, which can be useful to everyone involved in innovation and research. Through the demonstration of supported innovative solutions and scientific results, from Zoran Peri\u0107, PhD, full professor of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Ni\u0161 and manager of the Com-in-AI project and Milan Bani\u0107 from the company Coming \u2013 Computer Engineering from Ni\u0161.<\/p>\n

This event was realized with the desire to inspire, motivate, and connect different actors in the field of science and technology. Science and Innovation Days represent a common platform for all those who believe in the power of knowledge and innovation as key factors for the development and prosperity of Serbia.
\nFinally, it is important to emphasize that the project \u201cSerbia, the Land of Science, the Land of Innovation\u201d is not only a reflection of the current vision, but also of the long-term strategy of the country that strives to put science and technology at the epicenter of its progress, growth, and development.<\/p>\n
